Niagara Falls @ Toronto

2nd and, 3rd Sept 2008

I've decided to set aside a separate post for pictures at Niagara Falls. I'm smitten with this part of the trip, besides the tantrums that AN had been throwing almost the whole day.

This is Maid of the Mist where passengers get to be taken as near to the falls as possible, safely.

AN became an attraction somehow. Someone actually asked if she could have a picture taken with AN. Wonder why anyone would want a picture with a grumpy baby. The lady was too kind. hehe.

Group photo at Niagara Falls. We asked several passerbys to help but all of them took the picture with AN's pram in it, which wasn't too pretty. This kind soul was sharp enough to take the picture so that the pram was finally out of the picture. Or did I remember wrongly? I think either Mr Liow or Neigi positioned the camera for the last kind soul..ok well.

Mr Liow had to take AN to the lower deck when the waters started to beat onto the passengers coz AN got frightened and coz she wasn't wearing the plastic raincoat.

After Maid of the Mist journey, we took a slow stroll by the stores

Then had dinner at Skylon, Top of the Suite Buffet.

...where the view was worth a million bucks! No la..hee. We had buffet dinner there, costly but I guess the view made up for what the food didn't make the mark for.

From the observation deck while Uncle Neo took AN for a walk. I was done with AN by then... :(

The morning after, before we leave for Washington..

Lastly, the view from our room. There were 2 rooms in our suite and this view was from our room. It would have been better if the rest had this view from their room (^__^)

Goodbye Niagara Falls...we'll be back *waves sadly*
