Maen's Entry: Winter Haven

Papa took us and grandma and human puppy, and mummy to this residential area called Winter Haven where the human who live there doll up the exterior of their houses for others to stroll around and enjoy during the week of Christmas.

We get to join in the fun this time coz it's outdoor (oh yeah!! We hate indoor places, unless indoor places welcome us..).

Since it's now cold, mummy stuffed us into stockings..erm...I mean, sweaters.

We shall share pictures but please pardon us coz it was really dark except for lights from the Festival, thus the really blurry pictures. And we all know how skillful mummy is, so please, just enjoy :)


Hey, guess what we are looking at?

We saw a GIANT husky which mummy insisted was a WOLF! It's got a way larger head than a Malamute and was soooo handsome! IT HAS TO BE A WOLF! Please educate us if there's another breed that looks like a husky/malamute, bigger than a great dane with body build stout like a Chow Chow *edited: forget that I compared him to a Chow Chow. Gor gor insisted he wasn't anything like a Chow Chow since Lobo was more fit than puffed up* coz our whole family believes he's a wolf!

A lady was walking him with collar and lead and he behaved just like us, wagging when someone asked to take a picture with him. His mummy said his name is Lobo. It's a shame our mummy was too shy to ask if he was a wolf or better still, get a picture with him.

I mean, how often do we get to meet a direct offspring of our ancestors? aww.......He's so charming..Shld have asked for a pawtograph or be marked on (what's new right? I've already been unwillingly marked by gor gor countless times last year and he's not even anybody)

Ok, let's get on with the pictures and less barking.

Our Pick? We tried to see what it was about this display that made it "Pup's Pick". Was it coz we were free to pee on it? Guess not. hehe. *don't choke-chain us please!!*


And there was this homemade musical fountain that the adults told us about. We weren't tall enough to see it coz that home was surrounded with impressed human and the following video probably does it no justice as usual. Heard it got a "President's Award" sign.
