Here are more pictures of our trip to Las Vegas (link to trip summary)
The road that led to heaven?
Planet Hollywood! Here we come (and from there we left. I missed LV more than I did LA. hee.)
AN's first snack in the room
Inside Planet Hollywood, there were skies, and thunderstorms on scheduled periods. The 'skies' roared with thunder, and then it 'showered' into the little 'lake'. Really interesting!
While baby slept, we, the adults, headed towards Premium Outlets to join in the fun of their Thanksgiving Midnight Madness Shopping!
This shouldn't belong here coz itwas MIL's loot from her 1st shoping spree at LA (I'm lazy to shift this back, thus..hehe). We're VERY sure she's going to have a problem bringing everything back. 1st outlet visit only hor. There was another visit which she bought another tonne of goodies.
The only thing that belonged to me was that bag of Crabtree and Evelynn and probably a bag of Polo Ralph which also contained Mr Liow's stuff, and AN's. hehe.
AN started to insist on feeding herself more lately. Drink must drink on her own.
Eat also must eat on her own. I really have no idea if I shld let her feed herself completely coz many times she just plays with the food and eats none of that. And with her own bowl & set of utensils, she refuses to eat what I feed her while she plays with the food *scratch head*
More sightseeing
Huh? Why 'Must be 21 years old to enter'?
We were in the Pyramid-looking hotel, I think.
Imitating the statue
And the Pharaoh
This was at LA's Dessert Hill Premium Outlet. Me waiting for Mr Liow (who was carrying AN) and MIL shopping inside Burberry. The shop closed at 8pm and it was past 8pm when I got there (I went off in search for the Cosmetic Store which was already closed too by the time I walked over after dinner), so I waited for them on a bench outside the store. I wasn't allowed in anymore..hmm.
It was cool and nice and good opportunity to take a face shot of myself despite poor lighting. hehe. K850i has this photo editing tool which I used to brighten up the picture a little. Then the face looked so much brighter than the whole body. People familiar with editing tools, why ah??
Both MIL and mum liked to tell me about big and small anchovies. I doubt they knew there's such a HUGE version of anchovies, and I believe they weren't talking about the big ones on the left either. hehe. What does anyone use those large anchovies for?
On our way back to Tucson. we passed by Hoover Dam.
It's beautiful
but under there were constructions going on. heeh.
I couldn't wait to reach Tucson and wasn't too keen to stop there for too long coz the WHOLE car was exploding with the stuff MIL bought from the outlets. I had to carry AN coz we need the space on AN's seat to place more of the shopping bags that couldn't go into all 3 of MIL's luggages.
Told Mr Liow I was starting to feel Claustrophobic: Luggages, bags and stroller behind me, carriers to my left, bottles of water where my feet should be, AN on my laps..Could hardly breath..
But being human, we need to take leaks right? hehe. Mac. Donald's has got clean toilets.
Finally, the skies turned dark before we reached home. See how beautiful the skies were?
These pictures were taken at the same time with the same camera(phone) but from different sides of the car.
Warm coloured evening sky
Cool coloured evening sky
